It’s a concept born from scratch, forged by hand (two shoulder replacements and a trigger finger surgery to tell the tale), and fueled by the kind of creativity that refuses to play it safe.

Since releasing this design in 2018, we’ve seen more than a few suspiciously similar versions pop up online - one from a major retail wholesaling corporation based in Atlanta, GA and another from one of our direct small business competitors. It’s flattering, sure—but also frustrating. Because originality deserves recognition. And handmade innovation deserves protection.

We’re not here to mass-produce. We’re here to make the un-Amazonable. Every knife is cut, bent, sharpened, and finished by hand in our Cat Spring, TX studio. No two are exactly alike. Each one carries the soul of the silverware it came from—and the spirit of the studio that refuses to settle for ordinary.
