This charcuterie knife was once a simple dinner knife. We have taken it from simple dinner knife to "star of the show" by sharpening the blade to allow it to be used on meats and cheeses at your next entertaining event. Simply add a simple wooden cutting board and your favorite cheese and charcuterie to this knife - it is sure to spark conversation. Makes a lovely hostess gift.
