Our wholesale items are for resale only. Wholesale purchases are not to be used for personal or gift giving purposes. The wholesale agreement and prices are for you to resell in your retail establishment.
PAYMENT: When logged into your account you can pay with a major credit card or Paypal. Payment in full is due at time of order.
PRODUCTION TIME: As each item is handmade, please allow 9-14 days for production. Most likely your order will be completed sooner earlier. If you need it sooner, let’s talk and see what we can do.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $500 OR MORE TO CONTINENTAL U.S. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance unless otherwise agreed. Shipping will be added to your product invoice. We are not responsible for shipping fees on returned items. Local orders will be delivered free of charge within a 15-mile radius of Cat Spring, Texas.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Products in their original condition may be returned at buyer’s expense within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact Jen@laughingfrogstudio.com for return authorization. Defective merchandise see WARRANTY section.
WARRANTY: We stand behind our quality and workmanship! Defective merchandise may be returned at our expense. Please inspect all items upon receipt and contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving defective merchandise. If your shipment is damaged, please keep ALL Packing materials as they will be necessary when filing your claim with the carrier.
PRODUCT VARIABILITY: Please note, our materials are vintage and hand-picked from what stock is available at any given time. Therefore, the silverware patterns and other materials shown in our photos are not the exact ones you will receive. Additionally, sizes of pieces vary as well. What you will receive will be unique, spectacular, have that wonderful vintage vibe and same excellent quality and craftsmanship for which we are known.
DISPLAY: We have found that our pieces sell best “in the wild.” Meaning they sell best when people can touch them and try them on. Additionally, our items look and sell best in relaxed display, i.e. draped over vintage books, in an antique glass bowl, off of hooks/pegs hanging in front of a chalkboard etc. If you would like more guidance, shoot us a note and we can give you more suggestions. But of course, you are welcome to display in any way you want, these are simply suggestions.
CARE: As our items are silverplated, there will be a tendency to tarnish over time. We suggest that our creations be displayed out in the open where they can be touched, inspected, and tried on. However, since they will be exposed to the oxidizing effect of the air, we suggest you occasionally wipe the pieces gently with a polishing cloth or even with just the natural oils of your finger followed by a soft cloth.
