This Fork Elephant necklace is created from an upcycled vintage silverplate fork. Our fork elephant is a customer favorite and for good reason! This fork elephant necklace is topped with a Hamsa bead.
The Hamsa has a rich and deep history of meaning, but simply put the Hamsa Hand is from the ancient Middle East symbolizing the Hand of God. In all faiths it is a protective sign. It brings its owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune.
Elephants also have a meaning - elephants are a symbol of good luck, prosperity, destroyer of evil, remover of obstacles, as well as strength, power, wisdom, memory, vitality and fertility.
To make this silverware jewelry creation, a fork was cut from its handle, which was used in another creation, then hand contoured, stamped and polished into this adorable pachyderm. Hangs from a silverplate chain.
