Knife Vase or Boutonniere with Magnet - LOUIS XVI

Our Knife Vases are the tiny treasures nobody sees coming—but everyone falls in love with. They’re small, budget‑friendly, and wildly unique, making them the perfect gift for just about anyone: teachers, book‑club buddies, vintage lovers, or that friend who “has everything.”

Each one comes with options, too—choose a magnetic vase for the fridge or locker, or go full dapper with a boutonniere style. Same upcycled soul, two ways to wear the magic.

This vase is made from upcycling a vintage silver-plate holloware knife handle. We cut the handle from the knife at just the right spot where it is hollow.  It is then ground, filed and buffed until smooth. A strong magnet or suction cup is then added to complete the hanging vase.

For all of our designs we choose wonderful authentic vintage/antique silverware. Once chosen, the pieces are modified and beautified by HAND; they are cut, drilled, filed and polished, etc. We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations. All of our creations are handmade - as such no two items are exactly alike.

Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratched or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We will do our best to disclose any condition issues of note.
