This mermaid tail (or whale tail) necklace is handmade from the bowl of a vintage teaspoon. This upcycled silverplate spoon is an homage to the ocean with a delicately contoured whale tail shape. We call this line "beach life jewelry" and all the work on this piece is completed by hand. This pendant is accented with a crystal bead and a jadeite-colored bead that reflect the ocean vibes.
Dimensions: Pendant is 2-1/16" long x 1-1/2" wide. Hangs from a 18" silverplate chain.
Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We will do our best to disclose any condition issues of note.
