Spoon Ornament- Retro Mid-Century Style - #5784

Hark the Herald! It's 1950!! This pierced Christmas tree ornament is made from the bowl of a slotted spoon. Mat cut and hand contoured the piece into this retro/mid- century shape. He then added the green confectionary glass bead the top for a whimsical contrast.  Hangs from a super cute red and white ribbon. 

Dimensions: Ornament is ~3-1/2" tall x ~1-3/16" wide. Shown in hand for scale.

For all of our designs we choose wonderful authentic vintage/antique silverware. Once chosen, the pieces are modified and beautified by HAND; they are cut, drilled, filed and polished, etc. We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations. All of our creations are handmade - as such no two items are exactly alike.  

Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the silver-plate, fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We do our best to disclose any condition issues we note.
