Sterling Silver Earrings - MILBURN ROSE

Can we talk about the detail on these sterling silver spoon earrings? The texture, the florals, the depth — it’s everything you’d expect from a pattern that first debuted in 1904. And yes, these beauties are solid sterling silver, not silverplate. Even the findings are sterling, making the entire pair completely, beautifully sterling from top to bottom.

The Milburn Rose pattern is a beautifully detailed early‑1900s design known for its lush, dimensional florals and graceful Art Nouveau curves. The roses aren’t just stamped on — they feel sculpted, with deep texture and shadow that catch the light in the most delicious way. 

These particular pieces come with a little heartstring‑tugging backstory. They were part of the estate of my bestie’s stepmom. While helping her stepsister clean out the house after her mother passed, she found a bundle of old silverware. Tucked inside a pile of silverplate were a handful of these stunning Sterling Milburn Rose pieces. I made a pair of earrings for her stepsister as a keepsake to remember her mom by. And with the remaining pieces, I created these lovely earrings — a little bit of history, a little bit of sentiment, and a whole lot of beauty.

For all of our designs we choose wonderful vintage/antique silverware. Once chosen, the pieces are modified and beautified by HAND; they are cut, drilled, filed and polished, etc.  We do not cast/mold any of our designs, they are all handmade, one-of-a-kind creations. All of our creations are handmade - as such no two items are exactly alike. 

Condition: Please note, this is an antique item that was once used as a utensil. As a result, there may be some wear to the sterling,  fine scratches or marks from use. But some wear gives the piece patina and personality. We do our best to disclose any condition issues we note.
