Sterling Spoon Ring - LILY - #5866

This sweet sterling silver spoon ring has a monogram on it - I cannot be sure exactly what it is, but I think it is an "S", "Y" or "L". The spoon handles is etched with a sweet floral design. The pattern name is "Lily" so I am guessing these are lilies etched on the piece. It's a very sweet, subtle and understated design from a very long time ago - 1888!
